tWitch......
The loss of tWitch will always be devastating, along with every single person lost to a mental health battle is devastating.
Not just while it is fresh in the news, but forever to the lives they impacted and those that love them.
Please take the time to read Mel's message. Living through this type of loss first hand, I agree with her message to us.
Changes are necessary on many levels to help people who suffer with mental health issues, just like other types of health issues.
Let's figure out how to help save them in ways that have proven success.
Much Love,
Kathy

Very well written and so true, we don't know what someone else is dealing with and what demons they maybe facing.
I know a great family who's 13 year old daughter committed suicide 2 weeks ago. Her family saw no signs. Even that evening she seemed her normal happy self as she kissed her parents good night.
So very sad, so thank you Kathy for helping bring light to this and helping others.

Karen. I am so sorry for your friends loss. I appreciate you sharing this loss in our community.
I will continue on this journey as long as I am breathing! In my heart I believe we can do so much more and need to revisit and update how we manage the precious gift of life.
Bless you.
